Helping leaders turn strategy into story, customers into advocates, and rooms into believers

BOOK A CALL

I build things. Then I talk about them.

Currently in my fourth year of consulting at Accenture working at the intersection of strategy, people, and technology. I started in August 2022, right when ChatGPT dropped and everything changed. I was there for the shift. I didn’t read about AI transformation from the sidelines. I helped companies do it. That makes me AI-native.

I believe AI should free people to do the work that matters — not drown them in more process, more tools, more friction

I'm driven by outcomes, not just ideas. I build real things with real people.

“The best ideas die in bad presentations.”

What I do

Here’s what I do.

No filler. No frameworks-for-the-sake-of-frameworks. I focus on three things: helping people speak better, think clearer about AI, and fix what’s broken in their customer experience.

01

Keynote Speaking

I speak at conferences, leadership offsites, and corporate events. AI, storytelling, customer obsession — whatever the topic, the room stays awake. I promise.

02

Storytelling & Presentation Coaching

Your strategy is solid. Your delivery isn’t. I work 1:1 with leaders to turn their thinking into a narrative that actually moves people.

03

Workshop Facilitation

Hands-on sessions where your team leaves with skills, not just sticky notes. AI readiness, storytelling, customer-centric thinking.

04

CX Audit

I find where your customers feel friction, build a strategy to fix it, and show your team how AI can make every touchpoint smoother.

AI Tips

Practical AI. No hype.

Things I’ve learned from 4 years of actually implementing AI in real companies. Take them. Use them. Skip the ones you don’t need.

Tip 01

Start with the boring stuff

The biggest AI wins aren’t flashy. They’re automating the soul-crushing manual work your team hates. Start there. You’ll get buy-in faster than any pilot programme.

Tip 02

Your AI strategy is a story

If you can’t explain your AI strategy to a non-technical board member in 90 seconds, it’s not ready. Simplify until it hurts, then simplify again.

Tip 03

Stop buying tools. Start solving problems.

Most companies have more AI tools than they have problems to solve. Flip it. Name the friction first, then find the tool.

Tip 04

AI won’t replace you. Someone using AI will.

The threat isn’t the technology. It’s the competitor who figured out how to use it while you were still debating governance frameworks.

Tip 05

Prompt like you’d brief a smart intern

Give context. Be specific. Show examples of what good looks like. The quality of your AI output is directly proportional to the quality of your input.

Tip 06

Measure time saved, not “AI maturity”

Forget abstract maturity models. Ask: how many hours did we save this week? That number is real. Everything else is a consulting slide.

How I Impact

I’m not for everyone.

I work best with people who value directness, want to move fast, and don’t need hand-holding. Here’s who gets the most out of working with me.

Leaders who need to present AI strategy

You’ve got the strategy. Now you need to walk into a boardroom and make people believe it. That’s what I help with.

Growing companies with CX gaps

You’re at 50–500 people. Customers are noticing the cracks. You need someone to find the friction and build the fix.

Event teams who want a real speaker

You’ve booked the venue. Now you need someone on stage who people actually remember on Monday morning.

You’re the right fit if…

You want clarity, not complexity. You’d rather hear a hard truth than a soft recommendation. And you believe that how you say something matters just as much as what you say.

Stay Sharp
